Rodona’s business philosophy is focused on offering the best product and the best service at the lowest price.
We print books at a rate that can be as high as 180m/min using a roll with a maximum width of 762 mm and variable trim. This means that we can offer an extremely versatile service and adapt to the different book formats.
Our high productivity, together with the fact that inkjet technology does not require plates or costly machine adjustments, has enabled us to secure our position as one of the most in-demand solutions for printing medium and short runs, for colour in particular, with grammages ranging from 30 gr. to 170 gr.
HP INDIGO 12000
Covers are printed with an HP indigo 12000. Installed in the summer of 2022, it has a maximum paper size of 74×53 mm and printing capacity of up to 6 colours.
Automatic duplex printing and stacker for paper of up to 400 gr. This allows us to print practically all the cover formats required for the case-binding of our books and also to customise and to include variable codes to make each copy unique.
