Our focus on self-sufficiency and the integration of all the processes in a single production space allows us to be fast and flexible when responding to our customers’ needs.
With this aim in mind, in addition to the specific printing and binding machines, we also have a number of ancillary machines that are either in-line or off-line and form an active part of the production process.
CONTIWEB AUTOMATIC UNWINDER
The HP Advantage 2200 printer is completed at the infeed with an automatic unwinder that makes it possible to replace the rolls of paper without stopping production. The unwinder is equipped with a festoon holding a supply of paper that serves to continue to feed the press during the roll changeover.
WOHLENBERG 115 CUTTING LINE WITH AN AUTOMATIC CUTTING SYSTEM
Both the preparation of the cover paper before and after printing, as well as the end sheets, boards, etc. require a rapid and specific response, for which our cutting machine is essential. Integrated into our production system, it strengthens Rodona’s self-sufficiency when offering a complete book production service.
